Child safety demonstration house gets a boost

Honeywell provided a financial grant to Charlie’s House in support of the capital campaign to build the nation’s first child safety demonstration house on Hospital Hill in Kansas City. Matt Hizer, senior technical manager and Charlie’s House board member, helped the organization officially break ground on the project. Honeywell also provides financial support to distribute 10,000 free furniture straps and child safety gear to families in the community. The company also produced the promotional video for the first Charlie’s Ball, starring the families of Honeywell employees.
